WHAT: Team “Kick Off the Season” Party
WHEN: Sunday, Sept 9th from 7-9pm
WHERE: Westover Club, 8706 Westover Club Drive
WHO: All swimmers & divers, parents, and sibilings
COST: $10 per swimmer. This is to pay for the pool rental and lifeguards

WHAT TO BRING:
- This will be a pot luck dinner. See assignments below.
- Seniors – main dish
- Juniors – side dish
- Sophomores – Dessert
- Freshmen – Drinks
- Swim suit and towel
- Checkbooks! We will be collecting the fair share (or dues) from everyone. And, this is also a great opportunity to order gear.
- Volunteer spirit! The following volunteer positions are open. You can sign up at the Kick Off party or email me. Please provide your phone number
- Snack/Meal Coordinators (2) – purchase and deliver snacks for meets
- Travel Coordinator (2) – coordinate the transportation, hotel, and meals for the away meets
- Fundraising (2) – We already have fundraisers chosen. We just need a couple of volunteers to coordinate this effort
- Yard Signs (1) – Manage and deliver the yard signs
- Banquet Committee (6) – plan and coordinate the end of year banquet
- AISD Invitational (timers and/or runners) (8)
- Tri-meet Timers (8)
- Photographers (need 1 more)
- Holiday Party Host (1)
- Yearbook page (2) – preferably a Journalism student
- Treasurer – Suzanne Alston is already our team Treasurer. However, we need someone to shadow and assist her as her swimmer is a senior.
