Due to the icy weather, AISD has decided to move the Districts meet to Saturday during the timed 5A Finals. There is NO meet tomorrow (Friday, Jan 24).
Warm-ups for Saturday starts at 11:15am. Be at the UT Swim Center in the stands NO LATER THAN 10:45am. The meet is scheduled to start at 12:20pm.
We still need volunteers for Saturdays meet. Volunteers are needed from 12:00 to about 5:00pm (whenever the meet ends). If you can volunteer, please contact me. Also, let me know if you are only able to volunteer part of the time.
Technically, swimmers are excused from school for the day on Friday. However, swimmers can certainly go to school as to not miss any classes. Please stay tuned for any messages from AISD as to whether school is cancelled or delayed.
